Hey, working on the cover artwork for Redlion Gazette was like a total throwback to 2016 when I was all about that magazine art life. but this time, it felt way more personal. super hyped to see my work on a big deal weekly in the NFT world.
The Redlion crew? absolute chills to work with. Their plan was clear from the beginning and it just fit right in. quickly sketched in the group chat, received some fire feedback, and then? decided to channel the vibes of my favorite collection I'm all into, 'Abnormal Recurrence'. my workflow is like, sketching on Procreate, then adding those finishing touches in Photoshop, and bringing it all to life in After Effects.
The whole journey was smooth, and collaborating with such a passionate team was a blast. I was so stoked to have my art on the cover of Redlion Gazette's 169th issue.
