Hi, I'm Eric, award winning NFT artist, and founder of Second Realm that hails from the Land of Pizza and Bagels, New Jersey. 

Before Second Realm, I was a customer experience (CX) and service design expert heading up programs at Twitter and Google. I also spent 10 years in UX design and digital marketing working with global brands like MLB Advanced Media and HarperCollins Publishers.

I've been building a passionate community of artists, collectors, supporters, and patrons of crypto art and NFTs since 2019.

The main subject in regards to public conversation was the gap in earnings/sales between famous artists and smaller creators. We were inspired by that fact and created an article where we presented the pareto principle.

Issue #18 came to life on Sunday the 17th of January in the 2nd week of 2021.

The issue was released amidst a slow week in the NFT space. 
The main subject in regard to the public conversation was the gap in earnings/sales between famous artists and smaller creators. We were inspired by that fact and created an article where we presented the Pareto principle (80-20 rule) and the way it applies to almost everything in life and of course crypto art as well.
We also covered some old punk accounts with large holdings waking up, the “mooning” of NBA TopShot marketplace, exchanges “low” on ETH, the “Cryptocubes” project by Han and we showed the world another cute project named “Tiny Boxes” on our Shameless Shilling section, which was weekly back then.

This was our first-pixel art cover and boy oh boy, Dudly knocked it out of the park! The artwork depicts a “MEGA RARE LUXURIOUS NIFTIES” gallery with people waiting in line to pay when right next to it there is a ”Little Gallery” with free and great art at discounted prices but sadly nobody seems interested. 

Even though the style used is pixel art, Dudly managed to sneak in some great references/details in the artwork – which can be difficult in that medium. 

On the Mega Rare Luxurious Gallery we can make out some Morks by Hackatao, some Xcopy skulls, Pak’s square, bull by Trevor Jones, Fewocious’ “Last Supper” and Beeple’s “Into the Ether”. All of which were relevant artworks and artists with large if not massive sales.

Looking back at these more “simple” times in NFT history, one cannot help but already feel nostalgic.
