This week’s cover is a nice goochie Crypto Dickbutt in the middle of the jungle surrounded by some obedient Dickbutts performing their sexual tantrums and possibly checking their sizes thrice a day.

We went ready to the drawing board to do a dickbutt cover this week. A project that went from being a joke to a serious joke, a project that was stirring this community from way back– we had to see what they were up to. Firstly we decided there needs to be a giant dickbutt, everything came after a jungle setting, 10 dickbutts that could be standing in a circle performing a ritual, and some smaller references to their community. Once we had this picture of a giant dickbutt in a jungle we went over to the very welcoming Discord of CryptoDickbutts and asked for 10 CDBs that would like to cooperate with us on this cover. The response was great and we got way more than 10 dickbutts. Due to the size constraints of our Gazette we had to sadly omit a few dickbutts. 

For the style of illustration, we went for a more Disney painting look with nice bright colors that are popping. The dick butts looked great around the fire and in the sky doing what they do best– sticking together(what makes it sticky is no surprise). Once the artwork was finished we moved on to the animation department where we put together a few ambient frame-by-frame and other animations. After this came the hilarious part– mixing the audio for the Gazette cover.

As you all know we always want our audience to have a full-rounded experience with the Gazettes and that’s the reason we also have suitable audio accompanying every cover artwork. For Gazette 101 we went to the edgy wild lands of sound libraries to source some really sensual sounds. Lo and behold we got some perfect ones that set the “mood” for the cover. We would advise you to use headphones while playing this cover artwork;)

We have entered the 3-digit week and it’s going well so far! Great to feature a community that’s keeping it edgy in an otherwise world that’s getting too soft. See y’all next week with another cool cover frens!
