2021 was a brilliant year for NFTs! We cracked up a joyful cover to celebrate this victory over the bubble.
Definitely, the highlight of the last few weeks of the year was the surprising Airdrops that made everyone’s holidays extra brighter and pockets significantly larger. Twitter traffic was high with every influencer pointing you in the direction of the next possible Airdrop. Overall we can say Santa brought out some expensive gifts for friends and families this year.
Our concept for the artwork stemmed from new year celebrations, fireworks, and Leonardo Dicaprio (sorry, we moved that one to next year). We settled on a firework-rocket that propels through the sky with a frenly robo shooting out Airdrops to degens below. We plastered some AirDrop references over and around the rocket.
The artwork was created in Illustrator and prepped up with some AE magic.
This final issue commemorates everything good about 2021 and also raises our hopes and dreams for the year 2022 will be. We'll be back with more NFT news and killer covers in 2022 frens!
