Friends. Tech has been pronounced 'dead' less than 3 weeks after its launch. For a while, mfers thought they had friends out there paying to be able to chat with them, but it looks like that isn't the case.

The app did have an exciting start where many hailed it, others joined for fun, and many others found in it a way to make a quick buck. The hype around the app lasted less than 3 weeks before it all started to dwindle. We used this as the theme of the cover to create the artwork for issue 154 with the talented artist Animated.

Am went ahead and created two different scenarios to depict the rise and fall of Friend.Tech. Dudly who had first-hand experience of using the app shared his experience with which Am crafted the scenes depicted in the cover artwork.

It's always great to have a humorous take on the subjects for the Redlion Gazette cover artwork. It helps to shed light on topics without being problematic or harshly critical in nature. Mfers as the also helped create a broad spectrum of characters that people could relate to.
