“The revolution will be not televised”, maybe but it’s definitely being NFT-ised. The cover for issue 74 was inspired by the biggest event last week in NFTs: Assange X Pak and their “Censored” collection of NFTs.
Crypto though has its flaws continues to support noble causes that are aligned with justice and freedom. The concept for the cover was floating around immediately after the main topic was announced. We gave the other ones a quick thought but decided in the end that this concept definitely was more impactful than all others; a portrait of Julian Assange made with the phrases from the NFTs of “Censored”.
It was an instance that proved concept matters first and only then comes execution. We collected over 2000 words from the NFT collection that resonated with NFTs, the movement, and life in general.
The words were used to build the portrait which set stage for the animations. The end result was a stellar portrait of Julian Assange in its element.We will return next week with another cool cover depicting the wildest happenings of NFTs. Ciao frens!
